Christ Church West Hartlepool seen from the north. The red tiles with a diaper pattern in black are typical of Lamb, and were heavily restored recently; the conical lantern is unique. The building is now used for concerts and other performances, as the centre of a ‘cultural area’, but the culture does not extend very far.
