2009 Calendar in Celebration of St Jude's 150th Anniversary

On October 28th, 2009, St Jude’s Church will be 150 years old. To celebrate this anniversary throughout 2009 there will be regular events to celebrate. We are launching the year with a special calendar featuring some spectacular photographs of places of significance local to Englefield Green. These calendars will be available for you to buy for £6 each (and would make excellent Christmas presents for friends and family). They can be brought from some of the local shops and pubs, at our Christmas market in St Jude’s School in Nov, or from St Jude’s Church (open every Saturday afternoon and for services). The calendars contain dates of some of the main events and that will be organised during 2009 for everyone’s enjoyment. These include a concert series every 1st Saturday in St Jude’s, festivals, as well as historical and artistic exhibitions featuring Englefield Green and its people.
